Registration Package for the 44th Annual Newmarket House League Tournament

The package contains:

1. a copy of the tournament rules
2. registraion form for the tournament
3. a roster sheet for the team

Team officials need to fill out both the registration form and team roster and return them to the registrar along with payment and two completed gamesheets from games the team has played in league play this season to be considered for registration in the tournament.

Important:

The roster sheet from the package must be filled out and returned to the registrar. This is NOT your official league roster. The purpose of this document is to allow us to publish your team members names and sweater numbers in our program and on the website.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Sending in the package along with payment does not guarantee a spot in the tournament. All teams will be notified as soon as possible as to their inclusion. Teams that are not selected will have their monies returned in full.
